Ordering and Payment

We have a long history as a Canadian online dispensary. Don't believe it? Check out our reviews on Weedmaps! My Pure Canna takes every precaution to keep your data safe and confidential. Our packaging is professional and discreet, and all of our transactions are encrypted.

You must be a Canadian resident, over the age of 19 to order. We request all customers submit identification with an initial order. No medical card is required.

As you browse through our online dispensary, click "Add to Cart" as you find items you wish to purchase. Continue shopping until you have everything you need. When ready, go to your cart to finish the checkout process.

We only accept email money transfers from Canadian bank accounts. Once you submit your order, we send you a confirmation email with the details on how to submit an e-transfer. Once we receive the e-transfer, we process the order. It's as simple as that!

We accept email money transfer through Interac e-transfer.

Yes. Our site is secure through SSL to make your transactions as safe as possible.

Shipping and Delivery

We only ship through Canada Post with Xpresspost.

BC Residents: $7.50 for orders under $99, free for orders more than $99

Rest of Canada: $15 for orders under $99, free for orders more than $99

We only ship within Canada.

All our orders come packaged in double vacuum-sealed bags packed inside a discreet box. There is no indication from the exterior of the package to indicate the contents of the order. The package is finished with a poly tear-proof mailer bag to prevent tampering or damage during shipping.

Unfortunately, we experience a much higher percentage of postal thefts when shipping to Nunavut, Northern Quebec, and the NWT. We cannot offer any delivery guarantees if you live in these areas, and you will be ordering at your own risk. If your order is stolen or lost, we reserve the right not to replace it.

If we receive payment by 12 pm PST, we will ship the SAME business day. If your order is received after 12 pm PST, your order will ship the following business day.

Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

Typically 1-2 business days. If you live in a remote area, it may be a few more days. Canada Post manages the shipping of your package. We will not refund your shipping amount if Canada Post is late on delivery.

You will receive a Canada Post tracking number in your order confirmation email. Please use the link within the email to track your order.

Yes, this is possible! You'll have to sign up for Canada Post's Flex Delivery service and use the address they provide.

If you do not get your package two days after the expected arrival date, contact us. We will file a trace with Canada Post.

Once filed, Canada Post conducts an investigation that can take up to two weeks to complete. If located, you will receive it a few days later. If Canada Post is unable to find your package, we will send you a one-time replacement free of charge or offer Points equal to the dollar value of your missing package.
